• In Person or virtual meetings to discuss and plan event design, style and ambiance. We will also discuss and customize the plan to include the specific needs of each bride/groom and their families. We want this event to feel like you and relay exactly your vision and desires to your guests. This usually takes 3-5 meetings, however it’s on an as needed basis. We're here to help in any way.
• Access to our Preferred Vendors - help with the planning process and decision making with vendors.
• Review and collection of finalized and signed vendor contracts from the bride.
• Site visit (as needed - up to 2)

• Dress Rehearsal Coordination (1 hour)
• Manage the event timeline
• Oversee all vendor set up the day of the event
• Set up and tear down of all personal items for your wedding reception the day of the wedding (items must be organized and labeled and assembled beforehand - does not include setting up tables, chairs or table setting - this can be easily added on if needed.)
• Coordination of ceremony (bride provides a list of bridal party and order of wedding ceremony before the event - we can also plan this together.)
• Access to help during the event for bride, groom and their families to make your event unforgettable and amazing.

Our month-of package (aka “day-of coordination”) is ideal for the couple who has established their wedding design and booked their venue, but just needs the extra support to make their day go as planned. The last thing you need is to be distracted by all the day-of logistics. Let us take it from here. This package includes:
• Check-in meetings to discuss vision and event logistics (up to 3 meetings)
•Scheduled walk-through of ceremony and reception site to review your event logistics and layout (up to 2 hours)
• Custom event timeline
• Custom venue layout diagrams
• Contact with vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page
• Dress Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
• Vendor and timeline management
• Early arrival to oversee all other vendor arrival and setup
• Setup and tear down of all personal décor (excludes table & chairs. Please inquire below about an add-on, if desired.)
• Distribution of final payments/gratuities (must be marked in sealed envelopes)
• Execution of timeline and all specialty activities - first dance, honeymoon dance, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss, etc.

• Coordination of the production of the processional ceremony and events during the reception
• Assistance to the bride, groom, wedding party, family, vendors, and guests as needed throughout the wedding day
